we now present what we believe to be, a world-beating 21st Century
L&D solution to your organisation’s future soft skills challenges,
financially and logistically. (DBS) is
dedicated to creating high impact, value for money interactive interventions,
utilising the skills and experience of a stable of internally-trained
actors/facilitators. Each
professional role player has been picked for their previous experience in the
corporate world including financial, manufacturing, government, retail, IT,
education and a whole host of other markets. By creating
a range of ‘dramatic’ interventions we guarantee to hit the
target every time, using the ancient and modern tools of theatre. Tools in
place since stories were first performed, enthralling, engaging, entertaining
and stimulating crowds in the Amphitheatres of ancient Pathos and
humour are the munitions and our expert actors are the twin barrels that will

Don’t
be mistaken into thinking that the use of professional role-players and drama
in business is either fanciful or irrelevant. DBS is not about
‘performance’, if so we would be a theatre company…
we’re not, never have and never will be. In
conjunction with Impact Factory, our deep roots are in corporate L&D, and
will remain so for the life of our business for many years to come. Our joint
historical expertise and mission to design bespoke tailored programmes is now
elevated by our ability to offer the broadest range of soft skills L&D
solutions in the Act 3 The
Players All our
actors are trained in Impact Factory techniques and processes, backgrounds in
business and able to facilitate group feedback. You might be surprised at how
many ‘corporate people’ turn to drama and in turn, return to the
corporate world through ‘Forum’ based work. The usual
‘Forum Theatre’ format is that a minimum of two actors are led by
a facilitator working a two to three hour session. Normally we will have worked with the
client to create some ‘back pocket’ scenarios to kick the session
off. As we
continue to work with the audience, we will elicit situations from them to
make the session directly relevant to them and their actual challenges. However
there are several other options as listed above, which due to their bespoke
nature, would be priced on an individual basis. Contact
